Origin Pets Delivery Information

STANDARD DELIVERY IS FREE WHEN YOU SPEND £60+.
Please note: All sale items are non-returnable.

Standard Tracked Delivery 2-5 Days (Royal Mail Tracked 48):
Orders should arrive within 2-5 working days. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with full end-to-end tracking details.
Standard Tracked Delivery is £4.95. Free for orders over £60.

If delivery was free and a return is made that reduces your order total below £60, you will be charged the price of standard delivery (£4.95) off your return total.

Next Day Tracked UK Delivery 1-2 Days (Royal Mail Tracked 24):
Orders should arrive within 1-2 working days. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with full end-to-end tracking details and a faster dispatch time.
Next Day Tracked Delivery is £8.95.
Orders must be placed before 12pm for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be sent the following Monday.

Store Pickup Click and Collect:
In-store pickup is free and is a great option if you live locally. Orders are normally ready for collection within 24hrs. You will receive an email once your order is ready. Simply state your name and order details at the till.

Please note: If you would like to collect from a different location, please add a note in your cart at checkout and choose 'Collect in Store'. For help, email hello@originpets.co.uk 

International Delivery:
We offer international delivery to most countries. Enter the destination country at checkout to check if we ship to your country. Orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on the destination. Please note: extra large items like beds cannot be shipped internationally.

The price of international delivery varies by country. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any additional customs charges. Once items have left Origin Pets, we cannot control or predict these fees. If you have questions, email hello@originpets.co.uk.

Additional Information:
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you when it will be back in stock. Orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm. This service is available only in the U.K.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Include your name, address, and order number with the goods. We do not offer free returns; you are responsible for the return postage. Please obtain a Proof of Posting from your Post Office.
